Nirvana Natural Health uses the principles of natural medicine to work on the whole body rather than treating individual symptoms. A comprehensive study will be made of your health and wellness. Then I will give you a treatment plan based on my professional nutritional knowledge. This plan will include advice on;

                      Your First Visit

During your first appointment I will give you a thorough assessment of your health. Please complete my health questionnaire before you come. This information is most important so that I can understand your medical history, assess your current diet, and your physical and emotional health.
I also assess your completed health questionnaire. Your medical background and history is important so this should be detailed on your questionnaire. It is your responsibility to reflect all information accurately and truly.
A personalized nutritional plan will be put together and you will be given the essential health guide. A personal protocol of supplements, dietary advice along with specific handouts will be provided.
Please take the time to thoroughly read and complete the questionnaire and send me back before your first appointment by post or e-mail. This will allow us to spend valuable time on you rather than on administration.
You will also need to budget for the supplements on top of your course of treatment. As I wish you the best for your health I would like to advice on the quality supplements. I believe paying a little extra will make a big difference to your health. However, we would discuss this, so I can work out with you according to your budget. First consultation would take 1 hour and fee is 65pounds paid by cheque or cash please. First consultation doesn’t include any lab tests, hair mineral test, iridology, supplement regime which may be vital for you.

                FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION

Follow-up consultation would be advice in three to four weeks according your health condition and needs. Follow suggestions and assessment will be advised according your health statement and progress.  The next consultation doesn’t include the cost of any tests that may be vital for you. The supplement regime may be prescribed as further part of your treatment.
Usually follow-up consultation takes 30-40 minutes and fee is 35 pounds and paid by cash or cheque please.
Follow-up consultation may also be arranged by Telephone or e-mail, depend on your health progress. It would take 30 minutes and fee is 30 pounds paid by cheque or cash please.

                   Number of Sessions

This definitely depends on your health assessment. However a certain number of sessions may be recommended during our first visit in order to go through all. It is in your interest to make a considerable commitment to the health program.
Sessions can be booked on a monthly basis depending on your requirements and health concerns.                                 

                   MISSED APPOINTMENT

Forgotten appointment or late cancellation with less then 48 hours notice will have to be charged as the full consultation fee.
