If you have excess body fat, particularly around the waist, you are more likely to develop heart disease or suffer a stroke. Excess weight is associated with raised blood pressure levels, elevated LDL (bad) blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and lower HDL (good) blood cholesterol levels. Also the ever present risk of  type 2 Diabetes. Being overweight increases the strain on your joints, so you are more susceptible to aches and pains.

When our bodies are not in balance, excess calories are stored in fatty tissues. The way to loose weight and keep the pounds off is to change your whole life style and eating habits. I can design and help you maintain a healthy diet and exercise programme which is not difficult and a lot of fun.

Many people believe that quick-fix diets will melt their pounds away in the short term. Permanent and stable weight control is only possible through a sensible and balanced eating plan. Keeping your mind positive and ensuring that your body gets all the vital nutrients neccessary to stay healthy, active and happy is the only answer. A diet that is well balanced in fat, carbohydrate, proteins and dietary fibre will allow you to control your appetite, loose weight and leave you feeling satisfied and fantastic. It doesn’t mean that to loose weight you need to eat just vegetables. I can give you some very healthy and nutricious recipes for tatsy meat dishes.

Start your day with a warm glass of water. A sparkling and healthy start to your day!
Always eat a good breakfast
Throughout the day take regular meals and snacks.
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables
